Terms & Conditions (30 Day Account)

By submitting a Trade Blue Supplier Account Application and being approved for a 30-Day Credit Account, the applicant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Credit Account Approval

Approval of a 30-Day Trade Account is at the sole discretion of Trade Blue. Trade Blue reserves the right to approve, decline or withdraw credit facilities at any time without notice.

Completion of the application form does not automatically guarantee credit approval.

2. Payment Terms

All approved credit accounts operate on 30 Day payment terms from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment must be made in full within 30 days of the invoice date.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank Transfer (EFT)

• Credit Card

• Other methods approved by Trade Blue

3. Late Payments

If payment is not received within the agreed 30-day period:

• Trade Blue reserves the right to suspend further supply of goods

• Trade Blue may revoke the credit facility

• The account may revert to pre-payment terms

Trade Blue reserves the right to charge administration or recovery costs associated with overdue accounts.

4. Ownership of Goods (Retention of Title)

All goods supplied by Trade Blue remain the property of Trade Blue until full payment has been received.

Until payment is received in full:

• The customer holds goods as bailee for Trade Blue

• Trade Blue reserves the right to reclaim goods if payment is not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be approved by Trade Blue prior to being sent back.

Returns may be accepted where:

• Goods are faulty or defective

• Goods were incorrectly supplied

Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Trade Blue reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

7. Warranty

Trade Blue products are covered by standard product warranties where applicable up to 6 months.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to:

trade@tradeblue.net.au

Trade Blue reserves the right to inspect products before approving any warranty claim.

8. Credit Limit

Trade Blue may apply a credit limit to approved accounts.

If orders exceed the credit limit:

• Orders may be held until payment is received

• Partial payment may be required prior to dispatch

9. Suspension or Termination

Trade Blue reserves the right to suspend or terminate any credit account if:

• Payment terms are not met

• False or misleading information was provided

• The account becomes inactive for an extended period

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South Australian courts.

11. Agreement

By submitting a Trade Blue Supplier Credit Application and placing orders on a 30-Day account, the applicant confirms that they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• Agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

• Confirm that all information provided in the application is true and correct
